The Chicago and Northern Illinois BBB Torch Award honors businesses that conduct their activities in an exceedingly high ethical manner. The BBB publicly recognizes these businesses to inform consumers of ethical standards within these companies.

CarMax has six stores in the Greater Chicago area. They are located in Glencoe, Hillside, Naperville, Oak Lawn, Schaumburg, and Tinley Park.
